30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including any seals).
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, tested, or used.
The following items are also non-returnable:
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
Gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

A photo or video of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to Start a Return (The Process)
To start a return for an eligible (unopened) item, please contact us at contact@truebeautypur.com or call us at +1 (939) 902-2323.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please contact us.
